Prior to joining Bulkley Capital in June 2000, Oliver was employed by an independent equity investment consulting company. As Vice President, his
responsibilities included the review of business plans and financial models, preparation of investment recommendation documents, and active involvement in the analysis of opportunities worldwide and in the closing of
investments ranging in size from $5 million to $20 million.
Oliver received his bachelor's degree from the University of Oxford in England and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
