Lisa's responsibilities at Bulkley include the initial analysis of new opportunities and business plans submitted to the firm,
financial analysis and general marketing. She also oversees the market research analysis function for industries the firm follows on a regular basis. Lisa directs the composition of private placement memorandums
generated by the firm. She also has in-depth experience coordinating client "road shows" in connection with private placements.
Since joining the Company, Lisa has worked extensively on private placements, sale and buy-side assignments and consulting engagements for
companies and sponsor groups alike. Her experience includes the review of a substantial number of business plans, from early to late stage and spanning a variety of industries. Yet, her most important responsibility
at the firm is handling client relationships.
Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio.
