including six years as an associate at Phillips-Smith Specialty Retail Group, a venture capital firm with $140 million under management. Her primary focus while there was extensive analysis of deal opportunities, including due diligence and competitive market research.
Gail began her career at Signal Capital Corporation, an asset-based lending company, and quickly moved into portfolio management. There, Gail monitored in excess of ten portfolio accounts while also serving as the analyst
in charge of new business.
Gail received her BA degree in Accounting from The University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Texas CPA Society. She heads Bulkley Capital's Atlanta office.
