Vice President/Senior Vice President
Investment Banking
Bulkley Capital is seeking a high caliber candidate to join to firm on a full-time basis in a Vice President/Senior Vice President capacity. This position reports directly to the President of the company and involves work
on both merger and acquisition and corporate finance assignments. Responsibilities will include day-to-day management of specific client projects, M&A transactions, and private placements of capital. In addition,
this individual will be responsible for marketing the firm's services externally to capital providers, lawyers, accountants and other referral sources, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff, and representing Bulkley
Capital in trade associations and other networking organizations. The successful candidate will have a team-oriented personality, be a self-starter, possess strong presentation skills, and have the ability to
independently manage and execute corporate finance transactions.
Candidate qualifications: An individual who will excel in a boutique and entrepreneurial setting; BS/BA required; with an MBA or CFA strongly preferred; 8+ years relevant work experience providing investment banking and/or
corporate finance services to family owned and/or middle market companies; strong financial modeling and analysis; solid knowledge of capital markets; high level of motivation and dedication; proven ability to originate new
business and build referral relationships.
